Shipping
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The average dispatch times are as set out below (please allow more days if you have to go through customs and if you have chosen a pre-order item this period only starts after dispatch):
Shipping costs are calculated based on the customer's delivery address, the weight and dimensions of the order, as well as the shipping method selected. The exact amount will be shown at checkout, before the order is confirmed. For domestic destinations, we offer standard and express shipping options. International shipments are subject to additional fees, which may include customs duties and local taxes.
Our products are sent and exchanged by courier to mainland Portugal, the islands and all of Europe.
Delivery time is 1 to 5 working days for mainland Portugal and 5 to 8 working days for the islands.
The delivery time for Europe is 8 to 10 working days.

Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during working hours. If you are not at home, we recommend that you provide an alternative address. If you choose to refuse your order, you will be responsible for any taxes that may be incurred and the postage for sending the order to our Portuguese address. This amount will be withdrawn when we refund your order. If the charges are greater than the cost of your order, it will be cancelled.
We are based in Portugal (Europe), so please note that the customer is responsible for paying any taxes imposed by the country of origin to the country of destination. No taxes will be applied to orders delivered to countries within the European Union.
Please check all personal and shipping details carefully when completing your order as COOLSTEEL LDA cannot be held responsible for orders placed due to an incorrect telephone number, address or door number.
Returns
Returns are free of charge. The items you wish to return must reach our shop within 14 days of receipt. You must fill in the template for the free cancellation form. You will receive a refund, within 1 to 7 days, of the value of your purchase once the items have been returned in their original condition.

Exchanges
Exchanges are free of charge. To make an exchange simply contact us (steelier.info@gmail.com) and we will exchange the product you want.
You have 30 days from the date of dispatch to exchange your products.
